WILL I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE THE ADDITIONAL 13 WEEKS OF UNEMPLOYMENT?.  Click here to see line item 11 on the Covid19 Post Filing Info.

HERE IS WHAT IT SAYS: If you are unemployed for more than 26 weeks, you may be eligible for the additional 13 weeks of benefits which are available until December 31, 2020. Instructions on how to apply for the 13 additional weeks can be found on your HUI Claims account.  

On your HUI Claims account look for PANDEMIC EMERGENCY UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION (PEUC). PEUC is a temporary program that provides up to 13 additional weeks of payments to individuals whose regular unemployment claim has exhausted (balance = 0) or expired on or after July 1, 2019. They provide a link on that page where you can apply for PEUC.

The Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) announced the availability of two phone numbers to help process unemployment claims while working on fixing the current online claims filing process. The phone numbers will be available during normal business hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The following phone numbers are for resetting passwords and making appointments for over-the-phone applications:  Phone appointments: (808) 762-5752   (Note: Password reset: (808) 762-5751) (The unemployment offices remain closed to walk-in and in-person services.)

Step-by-step Instructions for TMX

Go online with TMX. TMX is Hilton’s online portal that team members may access to update information. Update your phone number, password, address, email address (so we can send you our Ohana Update), enroll in Direct Deposit, and view your payslips. 



  • Go to
  • Enter your user name and password
  • If your password does not work, call HR for assistance at the numbers below.


Update Phone Numbers and Passwords
  • Select the blue tile called “My Personal Information”
  • Select “Contact Information”
  • Click on the pencil icon to edit information
  • Enter updated phone number and address 
Enroll in Direct Deposit 
  • Select the blue tile called “Pay”
  • Select “Payment Methods” 
  • Click on +Add in the upper right corner
  • In the first box titled “What do you want to call this payment method?”, enter Direct Deposit
  • In the “Payment Type” box select “Direct Deposit” from the drop down arrow
  • In the “Payment Amount” box, click on the drop down arrow to determine the percentage of how much you want of your payslip to be deposited into the account
Continue to Enroll in Direct Deposit 
  • In the “Bank Account” box select “New Account” from the drop down arrow
  • Enter your account number in the account number box
  • In the “Account Type” box, click on the drop down arrow to select account type
  • Enter Routing Number in the routing number box
  • Once the details have been entered, select “Save” to submit the changes
View Payslips
  • Select the blue tile called “Pay”
  • Select “Payslips”
  • Determine the date of the Payslip that you want to view and click on that Payslip
