Hotel Check-In and Check-Out
Hilton Hawaiian Village offers guests several options for self-service
hotel check-in and check-out. We offer easy to use touch screen kiosk
terminals and vCheck-in, our voice activated phone check-in service.

Now with Airline Boarding
Pass Functionality
Hilton Hawaiian Village along
with Hilton Hotels introduced a new Zip-In Check-In Kiosk functionality.
Now guests can print their boarding passes for at least 18 airlines
and have them in their hands before they leave the Hilton for the airport.
Airlines that support this feature includes Air Canada, Alaska, Aloha,
American, ATA, Continental, Delta, Hawaiian, Northwest, Southwest, United
and US Airways.
The Zip-In Check-In Kiosks allow Hilton guests to check into the hotel and get their room keys. The kiosks at the resort are located in the Main
Lobby, Tapa Concourse and Kalia Tower Lobby and provide an alternative to the traditional front desk check-in. The kiosks also may
be used for check-out or as a private check-in solution for large groups.
Hours of operation are from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm.
vCheck-In
Now you can call ahead and
check-in at the Hilton Hawaiian Village prior to your arrival with our
vCheck-In, our voice-activiated phone service. This service is available
to guests with pre-existing reservations 36 - 2 hours prior to arrival.
Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, Hawaii time. The
credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be authorized as
method of payment, however you will have the opportunity to change the
method of payment prior to check-out. Upon arrival at the hotel, please
proceed to the vCheck-In service area in the main lobby to show your
photo ID and receive your room key. The photo ID must match the name
on the reservation. To use this service call toll-free 1-866-779-5050.
eCheck-In (available for Hilton HHonors® Gold and Diamond members)
As an HHonors Gold or Diamond member, you have the option to pre-select your room online before your stay. To select your room with eCheck-In, just sign in to your HHonors account and click on "My Travel Planner" from 24 hours up to 2 hours prior to arrival. When you arrive at the resort, stop by the Front Desk to pick up your room key, or pick up your key at any Self-Service Kiosk located at the resorts' Main Lobby, Tapa Concourse, or Kalia Tower Lobby.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy
The Hilton Hawaiian Village check-in time is 2:00 p.m and the check-out
time is 11:00 a.m. We offer additional options for guests that may
need to stay at the hotel after check-out time.
Check Out Options
- Hospitality Rooms for freshening up prior to departing are available.
Please call ext. 69007, one day prior to your departure.
- Luggage storage is available for departing guests by calling ext.
41 or by visiting the Luggage Center on the ground level of the Diamond
Head Tower. Also available is the Bell Desk in the Main Lobby or the
Kalia Tower Lobby. Overnight luggage storage is not available.
- Enjoy the facilities of the Luana Lounge at the Mandara Spa for just
$20 per person (must be 16 years or older). Relax in the whirlpool,
enjoy a last minute workout at the Mandara Spa Fitness Center or use
the lockers and showers to freshen up. For more information call ext.

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. If you choose to depart earlier than your original check-out date an early departure fee may apply.

State Law and Hilton Hawaiian Village Smoke Free Policy

On November 16, 2006 the Smoke Free
Hawaii State Law went into effect. The law creates fair and consistent
statewide protection for the health of people who do not want to
be subjected to secondhand smoke. Under the law, smoking is prohibited
in enclosed or partially enclosed facilities open to the public.
This includes private businesses, areas of employment and facilities
owned by the state or the counties.
At Hilton Hawaiian Village, we have designated smoking areas for
our guest’s convenience. This includes:
- Open area by the escalators on the ground level of Tapa Tower
- Paoa Passage
- Beach fronting the hotel
- Sixth Level outdoors in the Mid Pacific Conference Center near
the Coral Ballroom
