Mid-Pacific Conference Center
The Mid-Pacific Conference Center is considered a premier meeting center in the Pacific,
and Hawaii's largest resort convention, meeting and banquet facility. This conference
center offers superior flexibility for groups of various sizes and is one of Hawaii's
most elegant and attractive venues. Featuring the 27,054-square-foot Coral Ballroom
supported by the 5,848-square-foot South Pacific Ballroom and the smaller Sea Pearl
Suites, the spaces provide the perfect setting for any occasion. The newly redesigned
Rooftop Garden adds superior outdoor function space to this extensive conference center.
- Coral Ballroom
The largest of all meeting venues in the resort, the Coral Ballroom at 27,054 square
feet offers maximum flexibility and elegance. It can accommodate up to 2,600 guests
with banquet-style seating (3,800 guests theater-style) and can be divided into
five separate function rooms.
The elegant Coral Ballroom is decorated in a subtle shell motif, with murals and
carpeting continuing this theme throughout the room. Impressive crystal chandeliers
complete the elegance of this grand ballroom.
The Coral Ballroom is equipped with high-speed Internet access, as well as
audiovisual and lighting equipment to ensure successful presentations
and performances.
- Coral Lounge
Adjacent to the Coral Ballroom is the Coral Lounge, a perfect location for
event registration, additional exhibit space for large trade shows, or cocktail
receptions and other food and beverage events. This stately, 15,258-square-foot
foyer displays a collection of beautiful and unusual coral, and is decorated in
the same soft, elegant motif as the Coral Ballroom.
- South Pacific Ballroom and Sea Pearl Suite
Only steps away from the Coral Ballroom is the 5,848-square-foot South Pacific Ballroom
with a capacity of up to 450 guests (banquet-style). This ballroom can be divided into
four separate meeting rooms. The adjoining South Pacific Lounge offers an additional 2,448
square feet of pre-function space. Across the hall, the South Pacific Boardroom provides a
private room for board meetings or executive breakout sessions.
The Sea Pearl Suite, also located across from the South Pacific Ballroom, adds another
2,736 square feet of space and can be divided into six additional breakout rooms. These
rooms are ideal for meetings, parties, luncheons and receptions, and provide even
greater flexibility for meeting planners.
- Rooftop Garden
The redesigned Rooftop Garden is an exciting addition to our outdoor venues. Adding over
12,000 square feet, it provides even greater flexibility to the extensive Mid-Pacific
Conference Center. This outdoor setting offers perfect vistas of the crystal-blue Pacific
Ocean, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and the Honolulu skyline. It is an ideal setting for outdoor
receptions, parties and weddings. It can also be tented for additional meeting space,
exhibit displays, and breakfast or luncheon events.
