Village Steak & Seafood serves popular steak and seafood entrees in a casual atmosphere overlooking our lagoon and the ocean. This charming American steakhouse is located on the mezzanine level in Rainbow Tower and provides comfortable indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular sunset views. Its extensive and creative menu includes specialties like Black Angus Filet Mignon and Oven Baked Rock Lobster Tail.

Prime Time - All You Can Eat Prime Rib Buffet*

June 1 - October 4, 2008

“Prime Time” is a unique combination of table service for appetizer and dessert, and all-you-can-eat prime rib, baby back ribs and baked potato bar. The delectable menu includes a choice of a first course: island seafood chowder, Caesar salad or house salad. Diners can then feast on an unlimited buffet of slow-roasted Village prime rib with natural au jus and creamy horseradish; baked potato bar with a choice of toppings; paniolo baby back ribs; shrimp stir-fry noodles; steamed white rice and seasonal vegetables. As a sweet ending to the meal, diners can choose from one of the following: marble chocolate cheesecake with fresh berries and mango coulis, or bananas foster and caramel mousse dome. The cost is just $29.75 for adults and $15.75 for children under the age of 12 (sales and gratuity not included). “Prime Time” runs through October 4 and the restaurant’s a la carte menu is available throughout the promotion.

Sunset Dinner Special*

Tuesday - Sunday 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm Seating

The Sunset Dinner Special includes a choice of Village Caesar Salad or Seafood Chowder, and an entrée choice of Black Angus Prime Rib or a Half Roasted Chicken or Fillet of Mahimahi. All entrées include Fresh Garden Vegetables and choice of Rice, Baked Potato or Garlic Mashed Potato. The cost is $28.00 per adult and $14.00 per child (12 years of age and under), exclusive of sales tax and gratuity.

About the Chef

Chef Andrew Yagami has introduced a menu that features a mix of some of his specialties, plus some time-tested favorites. Among Chef Andrew's specialties are Citrus Macadamia Nut Crusted Beef Tenderloin dish, and a Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb.  Chef Andrew has over ten years in culinary experience, most recently as sous chef at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Yagami attended Yokohama Culinary School where he acquired training and skills in preparation and presentation of Japanese, Chinese and French cuisines.
